Numerical Control System: Numerical Control (NC) technology refers to the technology of using numerical instructions composed of numbers, text, and symbols to control the movement of one or more mechanical equipment. Numerical control is generally achieved through universal or specialized digital program control, so it is also known as Computer Numerical Control (CNC), abbreviated as CNC. It is commonly referred to as CNC abroad, and the concept of NC is rarely used again. 

Processing Center: A CNC machine tool that integrates turning, milling, planing, and grinding pliers. It can be divided into 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis linkage based on performance, and the price and performance also increase geometrically.

Cutting center: It should be a turning center, also known as turning milling composite. Currently, there is no level of production in China, and the Japanese series still has the most usage.

Horizontal machining center: A type of machining center that differs in that the spindle is parallel to the workbench, and its processing is more complex and accurate compared to vertical machining. It is commonly used in large precision enterprises such as automobiles and aerospace. The above figure shows the German import of Grauber's five axis horizontal lathe as an example, with a cost of 6 million RMB. Of course, this is a five axis system.

Vertical machining center: the same as above and vice versa

Gantry milling: Gantry milling machine, abbreviated as gantry milling, is a milling machine with a gantry frame and a horizontal long bed. On gantry milling machines, multiple milling cutters can be used to process surfaces simultaneously, with high machining accuracy and production efficiency. It is suitable for processing large flat and inclined surfaces of workpieces in batch and mass production. CNC gantry milling machines can also process spatial surfaces and some special parts. Mainly used for mold processing, with high prices.

Wire cutting: also known as electric spark, as the name suggests, refers to the cutting of workpieces through electric current.

One type of slow wire cutting is to use continuously moving fine metal wires (referred to as electrode wires) as electrodes to perform pulse spark discharge on the workpiece to remove metal and cut into shape. It is mainly used for processing various complex and precision small workpieces.
