Stamped parts

Stamped parts are parts formed by stamping metal sheets with molds. Stamped parts can be divided into discs, flanges, flat covers, etc. according to their shape, and can be divided into cylinder bodies, box bodies, etc. according to their purpose.

Stamping is mainly classified by process and can be divided into two categories: separation process and forming process. The separation process, also known as punching, aims to separate the stamped part from the sheet metal along a certain contour line while ensuring the quality requirements of the separated section. The purpose of the forming process is to cause plastic deformation of the sheet metal without breaking the billet, and to produce the required shape and size of the workpiece.

Stamped parts have high dimensional accuracy, uniform and consistent dimensions with the same module, good interchangeability, and can meet general assembly and usage requirements without further mechanical processing.

There are many materials available for stamping parts, including but not limited to the following:

Metal materials: low-carbon steel, high plasticity alloy steel, aluminum, copper, and alloys.

Non metallic materials: asbestos, hard glue, insulating paper, fiberboard, etc.

It is widely used in industries such as automobiles, tractors, aviation, electrical appliances, instruments, and national defense.

Stamped parts are suitable for the following fields:

Automotive industry: mainly stamping automotive components, such as frames, wheels, seats, etc.

Electrical components: mainly stamping electrical components, such as power boards, sockets, printers, etc.

Daily necessities: mainly stamping daily necessities, such as handicrafts, tableware, etc.

Household electrical components: mainly stamping household electrical components, such as washing machines, refrigerators, etc.

Special stamping enterprises: mainly stamping aviation parts, etc.
